Objective: Redesign a book cover exclusively using typography, avoiding any imagery. Leverage experimental typography to effectively convey the essence and narrative of the book.
Process: For this project, I redesigned the cover for The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. Inspired by the book’s concept, I brainstormed and sketched multiple ideas, narrowing them down to those that best suited a typographical approach. The final design was shaped by the strategic use of negative space and creative typography.
